My conversations with dozens of the richest men in their towns (RMITs) suggest strongly that the only way to succeed is to have the courage to be willing to fail, to be willing to fail publicly. Perhaps the greatest commonality of all RMITs other than their ambition addiction is their willingness to face failure and the grit to pick themselves up and to make the next step toward a better outcome.
